Passives vs species
First lock the species (Desired Child / Shortest Path). Then stack passives on that line. Eggs inherit from parents; some strong passives never appear in the normal random pool.
Breedable pool vs specials
TamePal’s catalog is synced from PalCalc standard passives:
- Breedable pool — RandomInheritanceAllowed; filter these when planning normal stacks
- Specials — Legend, Lucky, many MutationPal_* and World Tree passives; not in the random pool
- Guaranteed donors — some species always carry a passive (e.g. emperor lines); catch them as breeding parents
Practical loop
1) Pick up to four goal passives in Passive Goals. 2) Note any guaranteed donor species. 3) Hatch the species you want. 4) Breed two copies together while swapping in parents that hold your goals. Condenser / surgery can help later — breeding is still the volume path.
