Same-Species-Only Pals in Palworld 1.0
Which Palworld 1.0 pals cannot hatch from two different species (PalCalc mixed-pair = 0) — and how to breed them anyway.

The rule
Same-species-only means no cross-species average lands on that child. You must obtain the first copy from the world (alpha, tower, raid, event), then breed two of that species. TamePal syncs this list from PalCalc breeding data.
Common examples
Expect tower partners and several legendaries in this bucket, including:
- Jetragon, Frostallion, and other raid/legendary lines
- Bastigor, Blazamut Ryu, Bellanoir Libero, and similar tower/raid exclusives
- A few oddities (e.g. some slime/bat lines) with zero mixed pairs in the extract
How to progress them
Catch/raid → Breeding Farm with Cake → same × same while chasing passives. Shortest Path will correctly refuse cross-species chains for these targets.
