Per paldb / current extraction: Tech Level 35 at a Sphere Assembly Line — 5 Paldium Fragment + 3 Refined Ingot + 10 Wood + 10 Stone. Older guides listing Carbon Fiber + Cement are likely Early Access leftovers; confirm in your tech tree if a patch differs.

Production tips

Bottlenecks are usually Paldium and Refined Ingot, not Wood/Stone. Keep Mining + Kindling crews on Ore/Coal, and Transporting Pals feeding the Sphere line. Use Ultras for Anubis / Blazamut / legendary alphas.
